Our Story
The journey of House of Vardha begins with a legacy deeper than commerce, rooted in two families connected through trust, tradition, and a shared devotion to Indian textiles. Established in 2020, the brand brings together the collective vision of Manav Patel and Shivam Kejriwal, who transformed generational expertise into a contemporary luxury saree label built on authenticity and artistry.
Manav, a Civil Engineering graduate raised in a manufacturing-focused textile family, contributes operational mastery and detail-oriented product discipline. Shivam, with a B-Tech in Mechatronics and a strong lineage in textile trading, brings strategic commercial acumen and a modern understanding of customer behaviour. Together, they envisioned a brand where inherited textile knowledge meets refined design sensibilities.
At House of Vardha, every saree begins as a hand-sketched concept, where motifs, colours, and patterns are imagined with intention. These sketches are then woven on advanced powerlooms, executed by skilled artisans who carry decades of weaving experience. While our sarees are not pure silk, they are crafted to deliver a luxurious look and feel, blending the richness of traditional Banarasi and Kanjivaram-inspired designs with the comfort and finesse of modern textile engineering.
For over 35 years, the families behind House of Vardha have been connected with the creation of Banarasi sarees, Kanjivaram sarees, tissue silk sarees, and designer ethnic drapes. This heritage shapes every detail from pattern development to weaving precision. Our karigars breathe life into concepts using vibrant palettes, intricate zari-inspired detailing, and culturally rooted motifs that celebrate India’s artistic legacy.
House of Vardha is more than a saree brand. It is a philosophy.
A tribute to traditions that deserve to be preserved.
A bridge between timeless Indian artistry and the modern woman’s desire for elegance.
A narrative wrapped in six yards of culture.
Guided by the sentiment Ek Sanskriti Ek Pratha, our mission is to take India’s weaving heritage to the world through sarees that honour tradition yet resonate with contemporary luxury.
House of Vardha stands today as a trusted destination for women seeking luxury ethnic wear, Banarasi-inspired sarees, Kanjivaram-inspired sarees, wedding sarees, festive sarees, and finely crafted powerloom drapes that embody grace, heritage, and sophistication.
